    OO nga pala, hinay hinay lang sa pagkain ng donut dahil
    very rich yan in trans-fatty acids which is the most dangrous
    kind of fat of all, the one that sticks in the arteries. Like
    french fries and cookies such as Oreos, donuts are cooked
    in hydrogenated oil which contains lots of these very dangerous
    fats. Everything should be taken in moderation, ika nga..

    mas type ko yun amazing grace lang nila, super tamis kasing mga may fillings, kahit sa states super tamis din, mas gusto ko yun blocks nila, yun maliliiit lang at hinde masyadong nakakaumay....

    dunno kung super sarap nga ba talaga ung krispy kreme...naalala ko lang ung name nya coz nung '02 ata e sobra ung tinaas ng stocks nya -- at a time na talagang down ung US stocks...i guess depressing ung outlook nun, so when people get depressed, sweets/donuts ung habol B)

    In the NBA, rookies (yes, Lebron too) are expected to carry the veterans' bags, and bring donuts during practices. Woe to the rookie who brings Dunkin Donuts instead of Krispy Kreme!
