That's what most people don't like, the feeling of being pushed around (I am referring to private vehicles with sirens of course). I'd rather give way to a PUV swerving like hell on the road, because he is working his ass out, than to a private vehicle using his siren just to be ahead of you, and for what reason? because he has a siren, but that's just me

July 5th, 2010 02:26 PM #3Actually I am not talking about HID only. Headlights whether halogens, HIDS, etc if not aligned properly could produce glare.... So how are they going to apprehend without any basis. I used to have one and malakas talaga din ang buga ng ilaw kahit halogen lang sila.
saka paano naman nila masasabi na nakakasilaw yun headlight mo? meron ba silang equipment to check that?

no need for equipments. just drive oppositely from the suspect vehicle. pag lumiit aang pupil ng eyes mo and medyo sumingkit ang mata mo in other words, nasilaw ka. then nakakasilaw ang HL na yun.
for owners with over-glaring HL's, be sensitive enough to properly adjust those freaking lights.
