Lowering springs is to lower the ride height of the car. The reason is to lower the center of gravity of the car for better handling. It also reduces the gap between the chassis and the road for decreased air resistance.

The side benefit of lowering is better looks.

The proper way to lower a car is to replace the springs. But some people who prefer to do it the "cheap" way by cutting/heating the stock springs. This is the wrong way because cut springs can fall off the spring plate. Heated springs can crack at the point it was heated. The resulting ride quality cannot be guaranteed and high speed handling can seriously be compromised.

yung 15s nya is yung wheels gamit ng livina. better get an aftermarket instead para mas marami kang choice.

the new grey color looks nice para syang mazda 3 grey color. hay, i just wish nmpi comes up with a new sentra by this year. our n16 gen2 is way old!

Mga sir ano po kaya problem ng n16 ko?manual po siya, everytime kasi release ko yung clutch especially pag kakaandar pa lang niya and while nililiko ko yung wheels biglang may mag vibrate na parang nag slide, parang grrruuuggg(sensya na hehe). Imposible pong clucth kasi 3 yrs pa lang po siya db? and nangyayari lang po siya pag first release ng clutch from being idle or parked,after nun wala na. Dinala ko na po sa casa and as usual hindi nila alam ang problem unless maexperience talaga nila.

second po: balak ko na rin sana magpa 35k pms, san po kaya maganda?sa casa or baka may marecommend po kayo na shop near paranaque. thanks!

Our 2.5-years old GX had the similar problem. Nissan Westgate had the clutch (master/slave) replaced under warranty. In our case it was the clutch.
