After what is being said and done, it looks like nitrogen for tires is just a FAD.
If there is, the perceivable difference is indeed small and can easily be dispensed without.

Minor correction lng po: Air is approx. 78% Nitrogen, 21% Oxygen and the rest includes small amounts of CO2, Hydrogen, Helium and Inert gases.
Medyo nakakalito lng kse yung statement from an old post which I highlighted here. Should be ~80% of normal air is nitrogen. Which i think is what the poster really meant.

O para hnde OT, I was also hoping to put N2 in my tires, if only for the advantage of maintaning the pressure over a longer period of time than with air. And the free refill is also promising (parang bottomless iced tea, heh-heh). However, like what some of you have mentioned, konti lng meron ng nitrogen for tires na stations or shops e, and wala pa yata samin. So sa ngayon, air na lng, then regular tire pressure checking.
