yes it does. it lasts at least 20 years. in countries like the philippines, we suggest that you use shingles or roof tiles (clay, concrete, etc) since it is hot here. long-span roofing has less insulation and cant break heat compared to shingles and roof tiles, thus you spend more cooling the room.

tanong ko lang ano magandang gutter king ito ay nasa loob ng house mismo. yung design kasi ng bahay, yung isang parte ng roof nya ay nakadikit yung gutter sa wall ng room sa 2nd floor.
mas maigi ba gumamit ng concrete gutter sa ganitong situation? ano dapat and isa-alang-alang sa ganitong placement ng gutter? may experience kasi kami dati sa parehong setup din, tapos perennial problem ang tulo galing sa gutter kapag malakas ang ulan, and since nasaloob sya, binabaha lagi ang room kung kalakasan ng ulan. walang nakitang solusyon ang architect kundi ilabas ang gutter. kaso in the current setup, hindi pwede ilabas ang gutter. paano namin maiiwasan na mangyari uli yun problem?
