The wife of a policeman realized this after she hit and killed a six-year-old girl in Valenzuela City Wednesday.
Kate Lyn Manansala, of 35 Abalos Street, Barangay Marulas, sustained a fractured skull and died while undergoing treatment at the Fatima Medical Center.
Suspect Nenita Villanueva, wife of SPO1 Ferdie Villanueva of the city's Traffic Enforcement Group, turned herself in to police and admitted she was texting while driving.
