Samsung bulok. Had a nightmare for months with their customer service.
I have 5 units of Samsung Split type sa bahay. almost a year wala pa naman problema.. aside from nag leak na tubing due to installations pero unit mismo wala pa ko naging problema

pag nagpa-install ng split type AC check nyo din yung amphere ng circuit breaker nyo baka mababa para sa capacity ng AC madadale yung unit nyo karamihan pa naman ng mga installer may pwede na/kaya yan attitude.

Nah, I dont mind. Will share here if I have problems later on. So far it is comfortable again to stay in the house all day long and that what matters to me and my family.

As you know bro, DMCI units have dedicated outlets for aircon so Im confident it is safe enough.

^^^ oops sayo pala bro yung post ni syuryuken. yup meron na itong abang a/c outlet. at saka best quality ang kinakabit nang "materials fuentes" ng DMCI sa lahat units kahit pa di ito branded. kung tutuusin mas matibay pa ata sa branded

All my units are also fitted with magnetic switch.
