July 25th, 2015 09:17 AM #11nope. they have 5 years warranty on the compressor only. 1 year for the rest.
before you can even claim compressor warranty, you have to shell out about 3k for hit and miss diagnosis c/o their direct technicians.
assuming you claim compressor warranty, they will supply the compressor free of charge but will charge you for everything to install the new compressor (labor, oil, welding, freon, etc). this will cost you 7k.
i claimed compressor warranty in May and shelled out 10k just to get their useless 5 year warranty.
not to mention ang gulo kausap ng call center nila. puro alibi. wala daw part pero kung magalit ka na biglan magkakaroon.
if you call service, darating ang technician after 3 days tapos pag dating, sasabihin na late na kaya bukas na lang. tapos papapirmahin ka ng note na dumating sila. kinabukasan, hindi darating.Last edited by sirkosero; July 25th, 2015 at 09:22 AM.
