bought carrier 3 tonner (manual) and had it installed last week. Problem started 2 days ago when the condenser would automatically shut down after several seconds of operation (made it a point to stay at fan mode for 5 minutes before switching it to cool mode)

so, tumawag ako sa service center which responded the same day. Bago dumating ang technicians, sinubukan ko ulit buksan ang aircon, and to my surprise, it worked without any glitch. Nevertheless, the technicians still assessed the unit and got the level of freon. Initial reading was 65 and they charged it to 70. Sabi nila ok na at hindi na mauulit daw.Was able to use it for 6 hours straight that day.

Unfortunately, when i tried it today, same problem arose. Condenser shut down after about 6 seconds. And when i tried it again after 15 minutes, it worked just fine.

My window type aircons (2.5, 1.5 and 1 horse power) have not given me any problems and they're all panasonic.

so, what could be the problem? Is my unit a lemon? unstable current? (though i tried operating all my window type aircons [total of 5 HP] to see if there would be any glitches but found NONE)
