never seen a screw like that, much less the screwdriver that goes into it.

Try using a flat precision screwdriver first (Stanley set of 6 yellow ones for 200 in mall hardwares).

tawag diyan tri lock. used sa mc donnel douglas aircraft. for airbus aircraft locks like philips but alittle offset four lock, ang sa boeing using philips tip. ganyan ang nilagay ko sa plate number na screw ng nauso ang nakawan ng plate number.

Maybe OT: If this is just a plug and is connected to a cord, then just cut the cord and put in the regular plug that will fit your (electrical) wall socket....

Hmmm... para sa mga new nokia phone charger ba ito?
I have an old (10 years?) screwdriver set for phones... I can open most fones with it pero walang ganyan sa set ko.

Better siguro adaptor na lang ang bilhin mo, kesa screwdriver (unless you want to change the plug internals).
1st time ko rin makakita ng ganung screw. Pero for sure, yung mga hardware shops sa Caloocan meron nyan
