May alam ba kayong shop/company who can copy RFID cards into stickers?
RFID Card kasi issued ng subd namin so I need to open the window ever time I need to enter the gate... iniisip ko if a shop can copy my RFID card into a sticker.

You'll just have to find one that will match the particular type that is used in your application. There's a device called "Flipper Zero" that can copy the contents of an RFID sticker. You can actually order it online. It's a bit pricey though at $169 for one time use.

There are a lot of RFID standards. Different capabilities, frequencies, trigger distance, active/passive, etc. NFC for example, is just one of them.
Common RFID Standards and Protocols You Must Know - Xinyetong
First thing to do is find out what specific standard(s) is being used by the existing RFID system that you wish to copy. That's the only time you can look for a compatible blank tag to copy it to.
But if your subdivision uses proximity cards that you swipe very close to the reader, even a compatible "sticker" tag won't work unless you tap it directly on the reader. In other words, it will not trigger it when mounted on the windshield (distance is too far)... different standards.
