    im using win xp sp1 my pc remains on black screen after the win xp logo black screen with the blue moving bar instead going to the blue one with the windows is starting welcome screen. hope you got what i mean. but my monitor is still on green not on standby and also my pc too i think there is still actvity because when i press something or move my mouse the red light on my pc is on. need help i dont know what to do

    btw i also tried to go on safe mode but it also stop reponding...

    something is wrong with your windows xp config or system files, perhaps you installed some new apps which modified the boot config, sometimes it will cause windows xp to freeze while booting.

    best thing to do is opt for system restore, press F8 before XP boots. or go to safe mode, baka makapasok ka to fix any problems.

    if all else fails, reinstall a fresh copy of Windows XP.

    if i choose the safe mode options it freezes. but don sa start windows normaly at last good parang ok naman yun nga lang wala ng lumabas after nung win xp logo screen, black nalang. pero hindi siya stop responding kasi after a while gumagana when you press alt f4 then u nagshushut down naman cya...
