I have a friend who'll be coming home from the US and may be able to buy me a Dell 20.1 inches widescreen LCD monitor. Would there be any danger if the LCD in its original packaging box is checked-in at the airport? For those who have just brought in LCD/s from abroad, are you allowed to handcarry them LCD/s or were you asked to check them in?
Thanks!

Actually, depends on the LCD. I'm looking at the new Dell 20.1" widescreen, so compared sa seller dito, baka at least 15K difference. A 20.1" widescreen Viewsonic LCD, since marami na nagbebenta, around 10K na lang difference.
For the Acer 19" LCD monitor at 12.8K, around 2-3K cheaper sa U.S.(shipped), which makes sense na dito na lang bumili if you'll get the Acer.

Nagpadala ako dito ng Dell 2005FPW from Japan.
