Using same connection and router, wala naman akong problem kahit na ngayong umuulan. Try disabling your connection, unplug your modem power adaptor and router. Wait for a few secs then re-plug them. This time, reset your router. Configure your router's wireless security settings, leaving any MAC configs as it is for the time being, let's see what you get.

MODEM? di ba po antenna ang smartbro?
try this sir.
-write down your PC ip add and DNS servers with your PC connected directly to your
smartbro.
-connect you smartbro antenna to your router on internet port and PC to LAN port.
-plug-in your antenna then after few seconds turn on your router then your PC.
-open your browser and on the address field type 192.168.2.1(default IP add for any router).
-router settings and configuration will open/display on your browser...DHCP should be enabled.
-check your router WAN IP add and DNS servers, it should be the same as your PC ip add and DNS
servers when connected directly to smartbro.
-router DHCP will assign 192.168.2.2 on your PC and DNS servers should be the same as your
router DNS servers.
-if all IP add and DNS servers assignment are ok...open any website on your browser.
-you browser will be rerouted to SMARTBRO PORTAL(because your PC and router has a diff MAC
add).
-provide all the info needed on the fields for account verification.
-after that it will display your account status...."account active"(correct me if im wrong).
-then you can now start browsing the net.
guys, if im wrong on some part please correct me na lang...TY

That is not the DEFAULT IP Address for *ANY* router. In fact, I have yet to encounter any router nor server that uses that as the default IP address. Most of them use 192.168.1.1. I've seen some that use 192.168.0.1, but not ...2.1.
-router DHCP will assign 192.168.2.2 on your PC
e.g., router uses 192.168.1.1 will assign your PC 192.168.1.x, x being dependent on the router's default config. My Linksys router uses 192.168.1.150 as the first DHCP-assigned IP addres. YMMV.Last edited by woohoo; April 28th, 2009 at 09:52 AM.

I think Smartbro is blocking my router!!!!
ginawa ko na lahat yan, I thought sira na ang router ko but I tried it sa PLDT DSL, in fact I'm using while typing this wala naman problema sa router...
meron bang way para magamit ko ulit yun router?
walang problema yun connection eh if I plug yun smartbro directly sa PC no problem at all, but kung idaan ko sa router whether wirelessly or yun PC na wired sa router eh hinde na makapag browse, intermittent connection...
