Help! Someone hacked my Yahoo Mail

May way pa ba na mabago ko ang password ko dito. Di ko nagamit for less than three weeks tapos nalaman ko last week na hindi ko na magamit ang password ko. Pati ang mga birthday and postal info di na gumagana. worsr di ko pa alam kung ano inilagay ko na alternate email ko.

Nakakahinayang kasi dahil 9 years old na tong account na ito. At may files pa ako sa briefcase. Nakakairita talaga!

nangyari na sa akin recently yan.lucky for me bopols yong naghack.ginamit nya sa friendster.nadetect kolang ng biglang ang daming pumasok na friensdter sa mail ko.pinasok ko friendster account ng mokong hayun, nakapagreset me ng password and binago ko details ng profile ko.binago ko din account ng mokong, sabay tinira ko sa mga friends nya don sa account nya.Hayop talaga.

Nearly impossible to prove... just inform everyone you know that the account is hacked...

bad trip nga iyan. aside from identity thefts, are there any other reason why sick people hack into other people's email accounts?

try contacting yahoo. hopefully may maitulong sila about it.

try to check your email addy with other websites (friendster and the likes). baka makita mo pa kung sinu ang gumagamit.

hmmmm.... happened to me na din. tried to contact yahoo support pero paikot-ikot lang yung sagutan namin sa emails.

gave up in the end and just informed my contacts that my account was hacked.

that's why you have to change your passwords regularly... or use a hard to guess password (combination of random letters, numbers, uppercase, special characters, etc.)
