Believe it or not, but in Africa (Uganda) you can see a solar-powered GSM payphone spotted on the boat sailing around Lake Victoria.
To say the truth I’m not sure, whether it’s a joke or an advertisement or other. Technical implementation of the “cellular boat” isn’t difficult, be there some sense. Well, there is little sense, but still the idea is fresh and original.

pero meron reflection sa water yung payphone and yung user. madali lang ba i-photoshop ng ganyan ka-accurate yan?

kahit naman physical na payphone ikarga mo sa bangka hoax pa rin
But to answer your question my friend, yes. Layering and Filter lang sa photoshop ang katapat nyan.
