I came across the cheapest LCD projector ... by CDRKing at just under P19K in price.
Link to CDRKing website:
http://www.cdrking.com/local/product...661980-3922596
Downside is the site doesn't really say much detail of it's specifications like lumens(brightness), contrast, hours of lamp life or maximum display resolution. But from the pics, it can be seen to have a set of RCA (video/audio) inputs, s-video and one VGA input.

In comparison of the DLP projector I am currently using at home...
I am using an Acer 1170 DLP projector daily and so far its brightness is hasn't faded even after more than 1100 hours of use since I bought it.

innovative sila sobra. nakakagawa sila ng devices at a very low cost. kaso ang tanong, quality kaya, ok din kaya? mouse palang nila ang nabibili ko, so far eh long lasting at ok naman.

maybe, with the diversity of CDRKing items, it's getting harder to guess what items they will be selling next. It is not anymore just limited to computer accessories but also office items like fax machines, paper shredders, etc

not really "makakagawa"... they are just rebranding existing products available in China. And the advantage of CDR-King is they now have the massive number of stores and outlets to sell the purchase/shipping MOQ (minimum order quantity) very easily.
Some stuff I kinda don't like because of obvious poor quality like the camera tripod which sells for under P600 each. At first glance, it's a great bargain but at closer inspection, I would rather pay P1800 for a better tripod at the camera store.

well, you can always paint over the logo or use rubbing compound to remove it.
You can build a LCD projection TV using CDR-King stuff.
-LCD Projector
-Multimedia Speaker set
-external PC TV tuner (or PC with internal TV tuner)
Should cost under P26K not including the screen (wall painted flat white would do well).
BTW, with a projector, you dont have to limit yourself to just 60inches... I watch my video stuff at home with my viewable area measuring over 100 inches.Last edited by ghosthunter; January 8th, 2009 at 11:47 AM.
