If the title is correct then it should be a Corvette. 118mph*11.77sec not bad.

looks like a C5 vette.too far to tell if its an LS1 or LS6 but for the 1/4 mile time.... with a good driver and good tires..you can pull high 11's with a stock LS6 engine.if its the LS1 engine..then that car got some sweet mods past stage 1 upgrade.
nice time but itll still depend on what was actually done on the car.
if its bone stock Z06...thats one hell of a driver and run.good job.

The Corvette comes in regular(fast) and Z06(faster) version which competes with the Dodge Viper and Ferrari F430.

Well since he is in California street legal would mean that any aftermarket parts he has are CARB(California Air Resource Board) certified and if he does a smog check he would pass. Police in California will also ask cars to open their hood and check if the parts have the appropriate CARB certification number. Mufflers are also subject to the same requirements so all the fart cans have to meet a particular decibel level measured from a particular distance when the parts are sent for CARB certification. But typically for drag racing purposes street legal means any vehicle that can be registered at the DMV for use in public roads, regardless of how much power it has.
