why the "single mom" criteria?
i'm sure passing the tests/requirements for a scholarship program will land anyone the education they want.
wala namang criteria as long as naipasa mo yung qualifications as scholar.
tatanungin ka pa ba kung single mom ka o hindi? :wonder:
typical filipino predator and vulture attitude. maybe they are just down and need help from the government. sometimes some of us need help. no one is young or healthy or rich or strong forever. life is a fortune wheel, sometimes you're up and sometimes you're down.
seriously, has anyone ever heard of govt benefits for single moms?
why are single moms so special that the govt has to create a welfare system for them?
are they more deserving of govt benefits than other sectors of society?
the govt has a program called conditional cash transfer
that's a fancy way of saying the govt gives P500 cash/month to poor families
that's to prevent mass uprising which is the worst fear of the powers-that-be
there's no need to appease single moms. single moms dont overthrow governments
btw, considering Catholic church influence on govt policy, does anyone here think govt benefits for single moms will ever take off?
it's gonna look like the govt is encouraging women to be single moms
educational assistance for single moms? hahaha. good luck
gawa muna party list for single moms so they'll have a voice in congress
