Just go window shopping in the electronic, celfone & computers shops in Metro Manila and you'll see unlocked Apple IPhones being sold. This is true in other countries as well like in Hong Kong, etc. Not really surprising.

My boss have Iphone and she told me she got it from US. kaya nga lang sya nagka line kasi may kakilala sila.

AFAIK, version 1 lang yung pwede sa pinas unlock... ngupgrade yung apple to version 2 to eliminate the hacking capabilities... pero sa tingin ko in due time, magkakaroon na ng unlock sa iphone version 2.:nod:
