Pls help! What is this part?

Mga Boss, ano po tawag sa part na ito? Hyundai Accent 2011 MT Gas.
May naputol po kasi na oval na rubber. Umiingay tuloy yung makina pag nag re-rev ako.

PS: Sorry po sa maruming engine. Malinis na sya ngayon :happy:

Engine mount. Meron din sa transmission side. Replace those two.

yun! Do I have to replace the whole part? I was just planning to replace the rubber material sana.

I dont think Hyundai sells the rubber only
