Na observe ko after changing my oil from 20w50 to 10w40 and also from bosch platinum spark plugs to OEM spark plugs, fuel consumption ko naging 5km/liter na lang. bago din naman ang air filter. car is 1997 corolla 1.6 gli with 123k mileage. Ano kaya ang problem?

Check tire pressure..
Aircon compressor bearing/ pulley bearing
Rear brakes/ Handbrake cable
Check for fuel leaks
Check- aircon aux fan/and condenser...
Check your car aircon for high pressure
And Balik mo lahat ng ginagawa or pinalitan mo dati...like oil.. spark plus etx.
Maybe engine needs a tune up? ...

Check mo dipstick kung nababawasan ng langis or check mo tambutso kung meron na kaunting usok lali na pag dinidiinan yung gas pedal. Pag positive pareho ang dahilan nyan ay yung paggamit mo ng manipis na langis. Dahil medyo luma na, maluwag na yung mga piston ring at sumusuot na yung langis sa compression chamber. Kasama na sya nasusunog dun at hindi na tuloy maganda and air-fuel mixture kaya mababa na efficiency ng makina.
