^ realistically, how easy/hard is it to do so? imho if it were that easy, they would have done so and nuked some small island by this time already.

1. they probably haven't yet miniaturized a nuclear weapon to put on the tip of a missile

2. they're probably afraid if an armed missile malfunctioned they'll end up annihilating themselves

3. an above ground or atmospheric nuclear test could invite a US attack
