Advertisement is given to members as long they are not violating any rights of the other members or spamming the board.

End of the discussion. After a month or two we can reduce this after deliberation.

If it is true that XTO posted the picture of a member before, then it not right for him to say that some people are not following what he considered a "simple" rule regarding disclosure of one's identity because XTO had violated it too by posting the picture of another member. If XTO was not warned nor banned before then why act differently now?

If XTO's picture and name are shown in public via TAPATALK then there is nothing private about them. He is the last person on planet earth to say that his identity was made public. That is the context of the rule. It is not the letter that governs but the substance or spirit of the rule.

On name calling, MACSD called me mader facker but did you warn him or ban him? If MACSD was not warned or banned for calling a member or even the President of the Philippines names, then why act differently now?

Per Tsikot Rules and Regulations, posting of advertisements is not appropriate and PROHIBITED in the forum, yet you are posting advertisements in Glass Coating Paint Protection. You are a moderator and yet you openly violated this rule.

For higher interest of fairness and equity, I appeal to the Owner or Administrator of Tsikot to review the decision of Moderator Clavel in banning the said member.

I hope this should not be viewed as an act of disrespect towards the said moderator.

Do you know that when I promote our glass coating to other Car Clubs, we are saying they need to be a member of TSIKOT.com before they can get the 10% discount we offer.

This way I'm helping tsikot to get more members bakit akala mo madaming nagpapagawa nang kotse dito sa tsikot, nagkakamali ka mas madaming nag inquire sa FB Page namin at dito ko sinasabi na magmember muna.

If magBAN... Nadiscuss muna yan sa Moderators Forum and Admin/Moderators agreed if tama ba ang isang BAN or mali. Walang karapatan ang isang moderator na MAG BAN mag isa or magdesisyon mag ISA. Approved muna nang mga kasamang moderator and Admin.

Madaming bago na ang ayaw magpost dito sa TSIKOT because dumadami ang bullies dito, may THREAT pang kasama... Tama ba yan!
