Eh kung tanggalin na lang kaya ang mga ito para makatipid tayo?
1. Vice Pres - hinihintay mamatay or madethrone si Pres
2. Senate - palitan ng mga Governors
3. Congress - napakadami ng batas, we don't need more.. Governors should do the job (legislatively and executively)
4. Vice Mayor - hinihintay mamatay or madethrone si Mayor

Yan din matagal ko na naisip eh, those who pay taxes should be the only ones allowed to vote. Why? Because its your money the government is using to fund their projects and salaries.
Maybe its time for a political reform. The Constitution is as old as Great Grand Father - Dead.

Hanapbuhay ng ilang tao, ang tumakbo tuwing election para makakuha ng campaign funds from the political party tapos ibubulsa lang.

for VP, quite critical, what if the President dies or becomes incapacitated to perform his functions.
Senate and Congress, pwedeng pagisahin na lang. They do the same job anyway. Unicameral legislature.
Vice Mayor, same as VP.
Councilors, pwede sigurong bawasan. We need local laws and regulations also. mahirap magpatakbo ng local government kung centralized.
Ang pwedeng tangalin is barangay and barangay councilors and move their responsibilities to the local government unit.
what we can do is to do a con-con to change the form of government to parliamentary. at least, in a parliamentary form of government, if the PM is not performing, we do not need to go to a costly and long impeachment process. ang problem lang sa parliamentary is pano kung puro kaalyado ni PM ang mga MPs? Hindi matatangal yan... And kung matangal man dahil hindi nya kaalyado ang mga MPs, walang continuity sa mga programs, which results in the country going to a dead-end.
another option is also going federalism.. wherein the governor has full control on his local government including budget, local regulations, etc. (same as in the US). ang problema, pano kung kurakot ang governor? pano din kung may political dynasty sa local government level?
kasama kasi ang kultura ng pilipino dyan, if i consider nila yan.
so going back to the topic, kalokohan ni angara yan.... baka kinakapos na ng pondo at tatakbo sya sa 2016.Last edited by 1D4LV; November 8th, 2012 at 06:54 PM.
