the gov't stopped the economy in its tracks
it's only fair the gov't compensate the private sector for losses
the private sector lost more than 2 months of income
the money the gov't spent so far is nowhere near the losses sustained
the gov't has to go into deficit for this

Hindi naman sinasabi na hindi gumastos afaik.
Yung utang lang ng utang without the transparency - even if medyo general pa ha and ot counting the corruptions within - ang nakukuwestiyun. Parang lumalabas kasi na meron pa yung first 2 loans na balance bit why needed ang 3rd balance?
