Don't get me wrong, some of his PR stunts do have positive effects.

But so far it seems his PR machine precedes his actions, adding credence to yung "desperate to be president"

As a whole, mas sensible lang talaga moves ni Vico since taking office. Also, his predecessor did set a very low bar.

You can't pit them against each other. Iba ang problema ng manila sa Pasig.

Pasig meron CBD, hinde naman masyado problema yan ang CBD ng manila divisoria. Sakit ng ulo.

Both are doing their best Kung anong meron sila at saka kung anong applicable sa cities nila.

Ang malinaw lang, both are being attacked by DDS trolls. Dahil nasasapawan yun amo nila.

Definitely not in Congress because the age requirement is set by the Constitutional.

Appointive position, a USEC in the DILG, is better, like Markk Perete of the DOJ, who is also very young.
