AFAIK, a notarized document has no expiration unless it's specified on the document itself or a succeeding document. Please correct me if i am wrong.
On the Notary Public, every year the lawyer has to renew his license for such (or something like that).

sa spa din ata, dito sa office kasi nun madalas pa ako ma field, nag re-renew kami ng spa every year

So..... Kung inabot ng expiration ang license ng lawyer while spa still using so that is the time na ma expire ang notary public ng spa? Tama ba?

The SPA doesn't expire with the expiration of the notary public.

August 29th, 2013 08:49 PM #8^^ nope. The SPA remains in force. Generally the SPA will have no effect after the agency is terminated. Kunwari nagawa na yung purpose ng SPA.

That's what I always thought notarized documents has no expiration.
