Boy... To get into Government service, you have to take the civil service exam and go through a screening process. With all these bad and corrupt people in Government these days, maybe it's high time they just scrapped that exam because in my humble opinion, the screening process is a joke.

ito ang book value ng mga vehicle ng DOTC, at ilan dito ay hindi na ma-locate, swerte naman ng mga nakabili ng cars ng DOTC.

haay naku... tatanga-tanga naman yang CoA. kaya vinavalue ng P1 yan is because hindi pwede i-write-off ang isang asset na nagdepreciate in value. accelerated ang depreciation kaya after 5 years umaabot na lang sa P1 ang book value ng bawat sasakyan.
