A desperate attempt by the CCP to spin the story and to deflect blame. The fact is no matter how much propaganda the CCP does, China's negative image isn't going to improve anytime soon mainly because they suck at information warfare.
It's easy to spot a Chinese propaganda because it's often blatant, crude, and unelaborated. In contrast, the Russians and Americans can do it with more subtlety and efficiency.

was look at some condos, but these damn chinese asshores have bought out 60% or even 70$% of this condo unit.

even the damn Filipino groups/bulk buyers can't compete against them.
