some folks immediately saw, in past years, the potential abuse the partylist system could be misused as. "cheap, easy doorway to politics".
and they were right.
i personally know of someone who professed to "speak for xxx", when in truth, his nearest exposure to these people was as he walks past them, going thru the door of the posh hotel.
