But all these policies/agendas will be elaborated more once they all formally start campaigning in a few months. its just the media is hyping Leni's marcos agenda rather than her future policies.
we have various agencies to send corrupt officials to jail. I don't think trabaho sya ng next president.

Trabaho ba ni Du30 to defend his boys? wala ba silang lawyer?

we need someone who will lead the country back on track. not the best in ASEAN, pero hopefully we can maintain our position (as the 4th poorest country masakit naman kung maging #3 tayo)

BBM supporter commented on my post na Marcos Magnanakaw.

"May mananakaw pa ba sa Pilipinas baka si BBM pa gumastos para satin."

I'm like "you just admitted na marami silang pera. San galing yun?"

Actually, it wasn't the media who hyped Leni's anti-Marcos stance, it was ISKO.

If you watched Leni's interview, she merely said magkaiba stand nila ni isko on Marcos. That to her Marcos issue was non-negotiable.

Iba na rant ni Isko. Duterte style, name-calling, shading...

Even Bongbong said you don't run against one (me) man alone, you run for the country. Kasi ayaw ni BB dun mapunta usapan sa pandarambong nila.

Leni has her reasons, she explained it on TV. She does not want her party to be an issue towards a broader coalition. That's her decision and she continues to be LP.

If party loyalty is an issue, Isko has joined 5 political parties since 2016. Joined Aksyon Demokratiko just before becoming a candidate. Is that his brand of loyalty?

Forgetting the crimes of the past is easy for those on the other side. But how about those who lost their love ones and haven't found them until now? How about the plunder committed and still being perpetuated up to now?

We can continue to solve the present problems of our nation but to forget the crimes committed in the past, without even acknowledging them, is a sin to those who stood for democracy and fought for good governance.

Those who forget the sins of the past are bound to repeat them. We do not live in the past but we should learn from it. Have we?
Leni distancing from LP but not leaving it for me means her duty comes first before the party. I forgot sino bayani nagsabi na ang loyalty nya eh sa bansa muna bago sa party.

Also Leni battling Marcos doesn't mean she will perform less. I think people forgot that she's been battling BBM in court almost all her 6 years term, and get she is able to perform far greater than what was expected from her position.

kung hindi ako nagkakamali si prez manuel l quezon nagsabi niyan.

robredo running as an independent has only cemented her rep of being her own person. that decision emphasized the notion that she will not be pressured by party mates nor will her decisions be limited by the boundaries of party lines.

as for the veep retaining the mantle of leadership in the lp, this clearly indicates a signal to her fellow liberal party members to toe the line. any shenanigans will not be tolerated as she sees fit.

by all indications, leni may speak softly but she carries a big stick (w/ apologies to theodore roosevelt) .

Why are people so party phobic? I personally don’t look at the party, I vote for the person. Isn’t that the real reason we vote? We vote for the person who we think can lead the country?

because politicians are generally beholden to their party and therefore more often than not prioritize the appointments, authored bills, projects, etc of their party mates.
