It is the culture of corruption that has brainwashed the minds of the voters to think that it is better to choose a government that will share its loot to the people instead of only the few elites.

Why blame those who choose decency, ethics and good governance for the twisted and corrupted morals of others?
That the typical of most filipino life. that is why gambling games like jueteng, lotto and sabong are also prevalent in our country.

True in a sense that voters accept corruption as a normal way of life.
They voted for Pnoy in 2010 because they were fed up with the corruption of PGMA's family and friends.
They never felt the change and in fact some of them even received an increase in estimated corruption since Pnoy's term.
they are mighty surprised that media outlook saying corruption declining during Pnoys term yet they never felt it.
You add to that exposure of several anomalies that although not involving Pnoy shed light that only the few friendly elites are getting rich off corruption.
Some Older/senior people who are keen on voting for BBM are saying the same thing.
During the marcos era all corruption goes thru the marcoses and his cronies only and was mostly limited to the higher echelons of the government. if they don't you get arrested or killed.
When they left, those senior expected corruption to go away but instead it multiplied like a virus. now even the lonely barangay tanod is corrupt.
so for them, more than 30 years has passed and we are not better off as we were during the martial law years.

Isko framed it na "yan lang ba ang dahilan kaya siya tatakbo?" Na parang ang motibo lang ni Leni eh pigilan ang pagbabalik ng Marcoses sa Malacanang.

As an opposition voter, ayaw naman talaga namin manalo si BBM. But secondly, hindi kailangan ni Leni maging presidente para magserbisyo sa bayan kasi as VP na ang mandate lang naman ay spare tire ng presidente, marami na siyang nagawa. How much more kung pangulo siya.

He is talking sa masa voters, positioning himself as the candidate for those na ayaw na sa political bardagulan. Weird lang na the way he does it eh siya ang nang aattack. Dami niya talagang contradiction sa mga sinabi niya. That presscon backfired kita naman sa reaction ng mga tao.

Edit: hindi pala ako sure kung nagbackfire kasi tsikot and socmed comments doesn't translate to votes lol

Didn't they hold the talks way before the filling of Candidacy?
Did they already know that BBM would run as president and not as VP or senator?

I can't answer this question kasi hindi kami close [emoji16][emoji111]️

I'm only responding to Marky's question na ano yung statement ni Leni about BBM kaya nagreact ng ganun si Isko di pa daw kasi niya napanuod. This is the clip.

Mali ako the question pala was what made her decide to run and she said it's the realization na it's the right thing to do dahil from the unity talks, hindi naman talaga sila aligned. Asked if it's Isko's stand on the Marcos family, she said in a way it is kasi it's a non nego for her.

That only fosters tribalism and divisiveness. It’s very important to acknowledge their own agency and free will.

I remember yung GM namin back in 2016, he hinted subtly na si Duterte ang iboboto niya kasi daw if wala ng mga kriminal, he doesn't have to worry about the safety of his staff na umuuwi sa alanganin oras. May mga ganito, they know what's coming and they made their choice kasi they think it's good for the country. And hindi ito masa, this person held the highest position in our office (now promoted and works in the Netherlands). Kahit yung mga Trump supporters, it's not him it's the ideals behind the party. They really believe they're making the right choice.

Ang problema kasi yung fake info. Buti sana kung ang nafefeed na info is tama and then let them choose for themselves. Nung 2016 napabayaan yung paninira and when they countered the lies it was too late, marami nang naniwala. We can't call the voters bobo kung yun lang naman yung nakita at narinig nila tapos walang nagcorrect and nagreachout. Instead of divisive, inclusive siya for me coz the message is like we acknowledge that every vote matters and we want our campaign to reach you. Siguro yung comms and approach lang talaga dapat ayusin.

The clinic he's conducting, from the '15 campaign to his 6th year, is just run so ever effectively. The anti-establishment walk, talk, look is embraced as real. Gotta give it to him.
The Leni campaign must be D-focused. The Decency card alone, though inspiring, won't cut it. A lot of work ahead....& EHeads must go on tour w/ her.[emoji4]
