January 16th, 2009 02:58 AM #1im planning to buy a pickup at the mentioned amount. i am considering a mazda b2500 and any isuzu pickup with the same price range.
my questions are:
1) what year was the latest release of b2500?
2) what isuzu pickup ang kaprice range ng b2500?
3) please compare the cars by performance, ride and consumption.
4) what should i look out pag bibilhin ko na? i guess common issues ng mga sasakyang ito.
if meron pa po kayong ibang suggestions, feel free po. maraming salamat!

Fuegos have a very high resale value. You cannot get a 2000 and up 4x4 variant with such a budget. You may have to settle with mid-1990s which by now may have incredibly high mileage (.i.e. pick ups are usually work vehicles).
I seems only the Ford Rangers sell at this price range for 2000 and onward models.
Your other bets would either be Eagle/Pathfinder, the first-gen Strada, and yes the Mazda B2500. All of these are late 1990s model.

I recommend the Mitsubishi L200 (before the Endeavor model). I still have one. It has a fairly reliable and easy to maintain 4D56 engine. Not the best in it's class but it serves the purpose.
