So ang tax dapat eh

- noise level
yan dalawa lang basic na basic. Ang tax dapat hindi lang dahil kumikita na ngayon kaya itatax. Dapat may katarungan may purpose. So si pickup na tunog-latang desel eh dapat itax ng mataas pati na din si toyota white westinghouse hiace... basta desel na hindi pang future.

hiluxes and stradas are used to haul MTB's and motocross bikes, that is when the beds aren't otherwise EMPTY
they should've exempted workhorse vehicles instead, like super carry, etc

Ang pick up lang na dapat exempted e single cab. Pag double cab dapat treated as suv.
Alam nila babagsak ang tax collection this year due to corona kaya naghahanap sila ng pagkakakitaan. Paano na lang ang billiones na intelligence fund ng office of the president kung bagsak ang tax collection. Gawin na lang nilang legal ang pastillas pero bir ang mag-collect hindi mga imigration.
