guys,
help naman... just had my engine support replaced last saturday kasama sa pag overhaul ng power steering... but what happened was... feel ko mas lumala yung vibration. Before sa steering lang yung vibrate but now medyo humina sa steering but funny thing is ramdam ko naman hanggang upuan ko yung nginig... parang feel ko truck ang drive ko.
Ano kaya problema nito? Ewan ko lang kung tama ang hula ko pero ang pagkabit niya kasi sa engine support eh di sabay... as in kabila muna then after yung other side naman... takot ko lang baka di kasi pantay?? kaya di tama ang laro?
help naman
thanks

Transmission support? Low Idling? Damaged radiator fan? What's your ride?

My ride is Mazda MPV, diesel po ito... di naman low idling... kasi nung di pinalitan yung engine support di naman ganun kanginig eh.. bearable pa nung pinalitan lang that's the time na ramdam mo hanggang upuan yung vibration... parang kang minamasahe..
parang kasing nangyari mas nagkaroon ng kapit yung makina sa chassis... dont know if its like that. The bottom line is mas ramdam ko sya ngayon

sir, ayaw nyo non, di na kayo kelangang mag-spa :D kidding.
Anyway, hindi naman po siguro sa engine support yung prob. I mean, very unlikely po. Unfortunately, mahirap ma diagnose yan coz as kupaloids mentioned, maraming pwedeng pang-galingan.

Bago pa lang siguro yung engine supports, ang importante mahigpit ang pagkakabit ng mga bolts. Kung napapakiramdaman mo na walang sudden movements yung engine when you release your clutch, oks na yan. Have it settle down for a few days by driving it around then feel for the vibration if it's still there. Hope this helps. :D

January 21st, 2003 09:56 PM #6Is the MPV a rear wheel drive?
If it is, may have misaligned the drive shaft from transmission to rear differential thus causing vibrations.
Also check the drive shaft for damage or a defective center bearing, if it has one.

Yung Besta namin ni chickboy dati parehong nanginginig when accelerating from a standstill. Ang lakas talaga. Something in the tranny was unbalanced (ewan ko kung clutch disc or flywheel iyon).

Yung problem ata sa ganun pag nanginginig when accelerating is di pantay ang kabit ng flywheel... =) ganun kasi sa honda namin dati.
