This is the new indigenous light armored vehicle developed by Steelcraft for the Philippine Army:
The chassis is said to be based on a commercial SUV.
Engine is Mitsubishi.
Armor Level : Equivalent to Simba APC
Mobility : Equivalent to Humvee (with shorter turning radius), 4X4
Maintenance : Commercially available parts, low cost (no foreign dependence on parts)
Design & Manufacture : 100% Filipino (same guys who made the Kalakian)
Cost : 1/3 compared to imported

i read about this is in the papers recently. it costs a lot less than the simba and other foreign made lav's nga daw. mukhang maangas siya
