    gud pm po mga sir..ask ko lang po kung anu po procedure regarding sa truck grossweight misdeclaration . hinuli po ng pnp and said na mis declared daw po yung gross weight nya. . suposedly 40 sacks lang daw ang pweding iload the prob po is nag loload po kami ng 120 or more sacks . . panu po kaya ang dapat gawin someone from the lto said na 8 thou daw po ang gagastusin to arrange the problem is this reasonable . .tama po ba. .wla na po kami gagawin bgay lang daw po yng necesarry papers sila na daw lahat gagawa is this legit . from batangas po pala kami. tnx po. . sana po matulungan nyu po me . .tnx po ulit

    pinakamalaking fine sa weight and load violations is only 500 pesos. Magreklamo kayo.
    ipakita nyo na alam nyo ang batas.

    Call LTO for assistance and PNP.
