yes this is true, by the way i am a member of nissanbayan.... some of castrol oils today are blended here in the Philippines, pangalan lang ang binabayaran natin dyan mga paps..... also Repsol dito din blend if you have access sa Oracle na company yan ang nag blend ng mga oils dito sa pilipinas hehehe
