    10% of the final bill is reasonable. Considering that the referral rate can go higher as well.

    Is this some kind of professional referral service you're offering to shops? Or you as the shop owner/ management?

    Yes, I am now working in a company providing professional referral service. Just because I am new, my boss asked me to do survey. Hopefully you guys can help me on this.

    Thought so, I know that hotels and resorts give referral incentives to people in the same industry like travel agencies and the like. First I've heard of a of a referral service for non-casa motor repair shops.

    If the shop also does mods and accessories I think you would have better sales.
