I used the plat version of my BKR6E's before on our Sentra... no difference really and after a while, i switched back to copper plugs since i normally prefer changing every 10,000kms.
It's justa matter of preference on whether you just want to keep the plugs longer or not.

Why don't you try NGK G-Power Platinum?... sa experience before ok siya saken, last longer than the usual,.. umabot saken ng 1 1/2 years (inilipat ko pa sa van namen and the performance is ok parin, no fouling. About less 15k mileage nung pinalitan ko. Around P160-170/plug.
...Just my little 5 cents. :D

October 17th, 2007 07:33 PM #7ordinary NGK BKR5E, BKR6E usually cost about 85 per piece
platinum NGK, or G-power usually cost about 150
bosch platinum cost about 140
actually if you do your regualr change oil and tune up ... there is no difeerence is you ask me ... pero platinum has a bit longer life span and has a better kick even matagal na siya
yung iridium naman mahal sobra ... pero they say it has better performance ... for me i think its not worth it just make it a habit to tune up your cars
denso naman they say has a better kick ... pero not sure if it is the same for all cars ...
banawe a/s
regy
some cars like cefiro namimili ng spark plug usually gusto nito platinum .....
