September 4th, 2005 05:16 AM #1mabilis ba mapundi ito? binigyan kasi ako last 1Q 2004, then before mag end 2004, napundi driver side so pinalitan. then kanina nung pauwi ako, passenger side naman. sayang, gustong gusto ko pa naman lakas ng ilaw nito, maliwanag kahit tinted windshield ko and ang lakas ng bright, perfect for out of town trips.
all stock pa rin ang wiring harness at socket ko, no added relays. ito kaya ang cause or sa bulb lang talaga?Adventure gas pala auto ko.

thats weird, genuine osram h4s are very durable, umaabot pa nga ng 5 yrs yan. di kaya fake yan or the bulb was improperly handled like touching the glass part

paano ba malalaman kung fake ang Osram or not?
and bakit laging low beam ang napupundi? may problem kaya sa electrical ko? paano din po i check?

September 10th, 2005 09:44 AM #8Unless you are absolutely sure that the glass part of the bulb was never touched most likely the bulbs were mishandled, possibly leaving some oils from someones fingers on the glass part which led to their premature failure.

when you upgrade bulbs, doesn't it follow that you have to at least add relays?

unless your stock headlight bulbs were 100/80 watts, you might benefit installing relays.
I have had my car's headlight bulbs upgraded to 100/80watts with bosch relays. No problems encountered (yet).
