September 10th, 2005 10:27 PM #11btw packaging looks worn/old, di kaya old stock n mishandled yan.
Unless you are absolutely sure that the glass part of the bulb was never touched most likely the bulbs were mishandled, possibly leaving some oils from someones fingers on the glass part which led to their premature failure.
when you upgrade bulbs, doesn't it follow that you have to at least add relays?unless your stock headlight bulbs were 100/80 watts, you might benefit installing relays.
I have had my car's headlight bulbs upgraded to 100/80watts with bosch relays. No problems encountered (yet).
ano nga kaya? kailangan ba talaga ng relay kung nag upgrade ako sa 100/80W?

i upgraded the stock 60/55W bulbs in our Gen1 and Gen2 V, also on the cefiro and bimmer (H7 55W to 100W)to 100/80W bulbs, never bothered adding any relays or any modification. never had any problems whatsoever.

may built-in relay naman talaga yun stock setup. check your terminals baka nag me- melt na yun plastic. Use ceramic connectors mas matibay ito.
