need vac hose routing trooper 4xj1 3.0 td

i'm trying to help a friend fix a 3.0 td isuzu trooper (4xj1). the vac hoses are all mixed-up. there's no emission label sticker on the hood that normally show the vac routing diag.( i guess it's a 2001 model but not so sure the vin can't be decoded) will appreciate any help.. TIA Merry Christmas

Its ok, lahat yata ng 4JX1 ay Turbo.

If you have the trooper manual check page 5450 its just a picture but I can see routing for MAP, EGR valve EGR pressure sensor and VSV.

Lets wait for other peeps maybe they have a better diagrams.

Which specific vacuum hose(s)?

actually sir 4jg i need all the hose routing, yung sa may map,egr, and egr press sensor and evrv looks simple lang but better if i can get the diagram. ang medyo magulo ay yung dalawang vsv sa right side ng engine, yung nanggaling sa vac pump sa ilalim ng turbo (or is it really the vac pump).

thanks sir, i used to work sa katipunan but resigned this month kaya sir freelancer muna kaya heto i'm trying to help a tropa encountering that known issues with the 4jx1 engine (actually i'm not a diesel expert but have little knowledge about electronic fuel inj). i got a manual from the web but can't find the emission diag, and some figs are not clear. i appreciate your help, if you can email it to me will be much better. thanks again sir

I see. Doon sa na down load mo check chapter of engine driveability and emissions(6E-34 or page 5463 of 11798). May diagnostic tool ka ba?

i tried the auto xray scanner but it wont communicate with the trooper's pcm, also called friends from gm and tried tech2 but also cannot establish communication (might need an isuzu card for the tech2). did the onboard diagnostic (grounding the comm and ground wires of dlc) got an eror code on map and glowplug ckts (but all false codes, my friend told he removed the map while testing and found problem with glowplug fuse, repair and clear codes, no codes returned). btw problem is heavy white smoke. checked the o-rings in the injector sleeves all ok, friend has previously removed the head and found no cracks, water leaks. i suspect the problem is still coolant mixing w/ the exhaust or diesel might be mixing in the exhaust (blue smoke), new injectors (but still not graded by the tech2) didn't fix the problem. checked intercooler & turbo no problem found. hmm i guess i need to see all the sensors reading so i can determine the fuel trim (could be lean not rich otherwise should be black smoke). can't bring the unit to an emission tester to check exhaust content. no vehicle history cust brought the car (towed) to friends shop was told it's frm casa (not fixed the friend told me). now 5 days chasing my tails on this problem, he he,decided to take a break for the new year holiday and start the new year with the headache (ouch). plan to borrow my former company's drb3 and try to communicate with this animal otherwise will deal with isuzu's tech2. have read a lot of this 4jx1 worldwide problem including fellow tsikoteer paul chan's struggle. am i mising something?any advise, help appreciated. sorry for the long post, HAPPY NEW YEAR, PEACE TO ALL...
