3. clean all electricals with contact cleaner and dry with a blower kung inabot ng water.
4. change ng transmission oil and differential oil.
5. check mo CV joint boots. pag may punit na boot you'll need to change the boot AND REPACK THE CV JOINT WITH NEW GREASE. mahal ang cv joints so do not run them with water contaminated grease.

much better and safer na tanggalin ang glow plugs or spark plugs and vacuum the combustion chamber for debris and water.
another is to replace also the brake fluid.
ang air intake pa rin ang basehan sa entry ng water sa engine (assuming all the pipings/hoses are free from leaks of course)
WD40 everything!!!!except for some parts syempre like brake pads, rubber, etc....

July 5th, 2016 03:46 PM #400To add one other thing. I would flush to engine with a quality engine flush after draining all fluids in the sump. If a petrol engine remove spark plugs and spray a quality anti rust briefly into each cylinder. Use a new filter with the engine flush and hand turn the engine VERY slowly to allow the anti rust spray to loosen any particles. If a diesel engine, short of removing the injectors and spraying as for petrol engine I would hand crank the engine slowly to free up the pistons and rings.
It depends on how long after flooding the above is being done. It must be done as soon as possible.
I hope this also helps.
