    Have you tried Nodalo's or Premuff... merun kasi silang mga tube benders.

    Merun akong alam kaso nandito pa sa Angeles Pampanga.

    Try Sir Mon To-Ong of 199 Off Road House

    They custom fabricate those bumpers for a reaonable price.

    They usually make those ARB winch bar copies but if that's not what you had in mind, I'm sure that you guys can work something out.

    Another option is Filmar's along Katipunan.
