Pwede din bumili ng roof cut na lang. Baka mas iwas ng sakit ng ulo in the long run.
Ano nga bang car iyan? Medyo hindi ko maaninag.
do what you gotta do so you can do what you wanna do

+1 on the roof cut. Re-scalped a Civic w/o welds a while back....not from collision damage but by stubborn rust. Honda used the wrong sealant on PhDM units of that era. The JDM roof had 0 corrosion & got the proper scalp-frame adhesive.
Your pillars, repaired or transplanted, must be carefully aligned relative to doors & windshields. This will be skill-dependent. Look for a good builder.

October 25th, 2021 11:56 AM #8i had a colleague,
nabagsakan ng puno yung kotse niya.
pipi ang bubong. basag the windshield. sayad sa lupa ang ilalim.
he had the car repaired. i saw the car afterward, and it looked fine.
but "it was not the same after that", according to him. "it drove fine, but it felt different". real or psychological?
he sold it shortly after restoration.Last edited by dr. d; October 25th, 2021 at 12:02 PM.

I'm guessing alignment or weight distribution issues...
Nung ay Taxi pa kami (90s-2000). may Corolla E90 na binenta sa amin at a very very low price, sabi ng neighbors, turn turtle daw sa NLEX yung car and they thought it was a total wreck pero inayos pa din ng casa (they also confirmed na no one died inside the car)
After a year in our fleet, my dad decided to sell the car (as private). His reason, the alignment was so off yung isang gulong ang bilis mapudpod.
IMO, having the car repaired depends on the damage and perceived value of the car.
