June 6th, 2010 04:07 PM #1i'm planning to buy a 2nd hand japanese car. which do you think is better?
i'm choosing between toyota corolla gli 1.6 1995 or a nissan sentra series 3 1996 or 97.
considering these:
1. budget
2. gas consumption
3. availability of parts
4. performance
5. features
hope you can help me make the right choice...thanks!

Pareho naman reliable ang makina ng dalawang sasakyan na ito .Kung sa Aircon cooling system ang paguusapan sa sentra ako panalo ka agad. Malamig.

The two choices are pretty much the same... except that you might get the Sentra for slightly cheaper price than the Corolla.

June 12th, 2010 07:16 PM #4i always give this advice: test-drive them cars. your body might feel more comfortable in one, more than in the other.
i always remember my revo.. i sold it after a year, because i was always uncomfortable in its driving position. sayang, because it did run well.

For me, I would consider the corolla looking a bit better and parts are cheaper. But the a/c of nissan is great.
Price almost the same.
Performance the same.
I'd go with the corolla.
