July 26th, 2010 04:24 PM #1Just learned how quickly flood can build up in Evangelista Street in Bangkal, Makati City.
Been there last month and I saw surplus engines for sale displayed on low floor level areas of engine shops, and I think most of the unit may be flooded once flash heavy rain pours and flood the street.
Well, there are shops like Initial D who have elevated storage platforms but still, majority of the shops I saw display their engines to flood-prone area near the street gutter.
Which makes me wonder - How would I know if the surplus engine I'm buying in Evangelista aint a flooded unit?
