Appreciate if you can share your modification on your rear AC.

On a unit that was for rent, there was another blower in the middle row, like an electric fan.

What the MB100 guys do is put in another evaporator, usually from a Starex. On the Urvan, you can probably hang it from the luggage compartment then firing forward.

Check the Ssangyong section of our forum for photos.

Before venturing into A/C modifications: How old is the van and how long has this been the complaint (since brand new)? A/C is serviced regularly? Do you have good tint to improve heat rejection or just the crappy CASA tint? In the case of our office Urvan, the tint was changed and it helped the A/C performance noticeably. A lot of the UV vans also use dark shades of tint.

The performance of the AC is same as brand new for a 2.5 years old van, but if loaded with 12 pax during noon time the passenger at the back was complaining for the AC. What kind of AC regular service you mean? I will try to use dark shades because my current tint not so dark.

^The A/C has been cleaned already anytime recently? You can try starting there and also ask the shop what can be done to improve the cooling further. Over time pag madumi na yung evaporator and condenser, performance will deteriorate. Adding a better tint with good heat rejection can help.
